Bring yourself peace of mind by planning with purpose! The Yankton Community Library will host End of Life Care with Avera Medical Group Palliative Care and Avera@Home on Tuesday, September 24, at 6 pm. Attendees will learn about the benefits of home healthcare and hospice and advance directives to help demystify end-of-life care. Sessions are free and open to the public. No registration is required.
End of Life Care is the fifth program in the Planning with Purpose series organized by the Yankton Community Library. We understand topics like end-of-life planning for yourself or a loved one including elderly care, financial affairs, as well as death and dying, can be full of stressful decisions and overwhelming information. We hope to make the process less intimidating by providing informational programming about difficult topics throughout 2024. This programming series is made possible with generous community partnerships.
