Upcoming Public Hearing: Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendments
The Mansfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the Town’s Zoning Bylaw:
Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 7:30 p.m.
Town Hall, Meeting Room 3 A/B
6 Park Row, Mansfield
The proposed amendments concern:
- Accessory Dwelling Units and accessory-building setbacks
- Clarification of the minimum dwelling-unit size requirement
- Technical and housekeeping updates to the Floodplain Regulations
At the hearing, Town staff will explain each proposed amendment, Planning Board members will have an opportunity to ask questions, and members of the public may provide comments (oral or written). Following the hearing, the Planning Board will consider its recommendations to Town Meeting.
