The 2nd anxiously awaiting presentation featuring the Planet D Nonet (PD9)/Dr. Prof. Leonard King/Joe Williams Tribute is Saturday April 19, 2025--1 p.m.--at Shield's Pizza, 25101 Telegraph Road, Southfield MI 48033. This event is hosted by the Greater Detroit Jazz Society, and also serves as the CD/12" vinyl record release party, which was recorded live August 2, 2024 at the Detroit Institute of Arts. For those who may have missed that event, we will see you at our forthcoming extravaganza.
