Sunday, June 9th:
Meeting at MINI of Portland at 8:30am, departing at 9:00am.
Taking the Wahkiakum County Ferry ($6 cash) across the Columbia River to Cathlamet, WA
Lunch at the Hunger Heifer Diner, 226 Duryea St, Raymond, WA
After lunch a little photo Op at the Satsop Power Plant and then onto the Comfort Inn On the Bay.

Monday, June 10th:
Comfort Inn On the Bay (destination upon arriving) in downtown Port Orchard (1121 Bay St, Port Orchard, WA 98366) overlooking the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard across the bay.
Take in the lengthy Port Orchard public dock which extends out into the bay.
Easy walking to various places to eat, bars and for the morning the BEST bakery just down the waterfront walkway!
You’ll definitely want to hit Nostalgia Bakery early the next morning before we pull out!

Southworth to Fauntleroy Ferry
Boeing Museum of Flight I’m a big fan of aerospace/flight museums and hands down this one is my favorite! One of the best such museums in the world! The WWI/WWII building and exhibit is amazing!
Lunch @ Jimmy Mac’s Roadhouse in Federal Way, WA
Drive to Ashford, WA to check in at hotel (I recommend making reservations ASAP!
This is close to Mt. Rainer and rooms fill up fast for summer!) I’ll be making my reservations at the Nisqually Lodge (31609 WA-706, Ashford (360) 569-8804).

Tuesday, June 11th:
Breakfast at the restaurant of your choosing in Ashford (there’s not many to choose from)
Tour of the Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad train maintenance shop in Mineral, WA
A drive through the scenic roads of Lewis and Thurston counties.
Lunch at O’Blarney’s at the Gibson House in Chehalis, WA
Estimated lunch at O’Blarney’s will be over around 1pm - 1:30pm.
OMS members can decide if they want to hightail it back home, take the scenic route back home or stick around overnight somewhere in Washington.
Notes: (subject to change) There are a couple of ferry crossings. Southworth to Fauntleroy fare is $10.50 for Classic Mini and $13.90 for new MINI.
If backroads touring up with OMS, the Wahkiakum Ferry is $6.00.
The Museum of Flight admission is $26/person and can be purchased online.
Tour cost = $11/car for Insurance
