~ Pilates mat class - 60 minute multi level session
~ Mindful Movement Practice - Tai Chi inspired vibes to enhance stability, mobility and mental wellbeing.
~ Light healthy bites/refreshments.
~ Exploration Practice- Movement Planes and Kinetic Chains. Flowing 3D movement sequences. A fun and creative session.
