In this class Willi Galloway, the author of Veggies for Breakfast and Grow Cook Eat: A Food-Lover’s Guide to Vegetable Gardening, will share her variety recommendations for the best tasting vegetables, plus growing, harvesting and storage tips for maximizing flavor. She will offer guidance on planning your vegetable garden now for a successful spring, summer and fall kitchen garden.
