Join the City of Belmont's Planning Department at Plan-Palooza! This drop-in style, family friendly event will be held on Thursday, August 20, from 5:30-7:30pm in the large event space at TechWorks Gaston (52A Ervin St. Belmont, NC 28012) and refreshments will be provided.
Come and learn about the Planning Department’s three major planning endeavors from the selected consultant teams and staff:
1) update to the Land Development Code
2) update to the Center City Small Area Plan
3) creation of a new master plan for a riverfront village center
We would love to tell you about all three of these exciting efforts and hear your thoughts and ideas! We will also be gathering your stories of Belmont's history, so please bring old photos, mementos, and articles. Be prepared to share with us -- your history informs our future.
