About this Event
Join the Native Arts + Cultures Foundation and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde for an evening gathering at the Center for Native Arts + Cultures.
This event celebrates the installation of two new murals on the exterior of the CNAC building, works that contribute to an ongoing presence of Native art, memory, and storytelling in Portland’s public space.
Artists Zoey Holsclaw and Nakoa Mercier will share about their murals and the ideas that shaped them. The evening will continue with a performance by Grand Ronde drummers, sharing songs in community.
This is a time to come together, to listen, reflect, and celebrate.
