Too often, we overlook the impact of physical and mental health on our well-being and success.To raise awareness and promote wellness in our community, I’ve partnered with key community members and organizations to launch the PK5K Wellness Run/Walk!
This event will feature:
🏃♂️ A 5K run/walk for all participants
👟 A 1-mile fun run for children under 12
Our mission is to promote community wellness and use the proceeds to support youth wellness programs in our area.
