Spritz Bar Sofia presents: Pizzetta Pop-Up by Giuseppe 🙌.
Those who have visited Sicily can never forget the taste of its unpretentious yet mouthwatering street food.
One of the most iconic bites, typical of Catania, is the Pizzetta. While it may look and sound similar to pizza, it’s actually quite different: its sweet, puffy dough blends seamlessly with the tomato sauce, while the oregano-topped cheese adds to the softness of Catania’s favourite snack.
On March 1st only, Giuseppe is baking fresh Pizzette all-day-long for those who miss their taste or haven’t tried them yet.
There will be 4 variations:
➡️ Con oliva 🫒 (with olive)
The iconic, classic pizzetta with one tasty olive in the middle.
➡️ Alla Norma 🍆
Inspired by the famous Catanese pasta "alla Norma", which features fried aubergines and grated Ricotta Salata (salty ricotta from Catania).
➡️ Ai funghi 🍄 (with champignon mushrooms)
➡️ Semplice (only tomato sauce, cheese and oregano)
