Pizza + Pottery Night for Kids

Pizza + Pottery Night is the ultimate drop-off pottery experience for kids grades 1-7. In this hands-on workshop, young makers enjoy a pizza dinner while learning beginner-friendly clay techniques to create their own pottery project. It is the perfect mix of dinner, art, and play.

Whether your child is a first-time potter or a seasoned mini maker, they’ll love spending Friday night exploring clay in our cozy Needham pottery studio while you enjoy a well-deserved date night nearby. Each child will complete one pottery piece that will be glazed and kiln-fired to be waterproof and food-safe — perfect to keep or gift!

What's included:

• Hands-On Instruction: A relaxed, hands-on, and interactive pottery workshop guided by an experienced host.
• Pottery 101: Kids wil learn foundational hand-building techniques like pinch pots and coils, then turn them into fun and functional pottery creations!
• Pizza & Drinks:
  Because creativity works up an appetite! Each session includes a pizza party and refreshing drinks to keep the energy (and smiles) going.
• All Supplies Provided: We bring the clay, tools, and materials! Kids will make and take home up to 8 pottery pieces! Note: Pieces will be ready for pick up 2-4 weeks after the session ends. We will hold pieces for 30 days to be picked up, after which they will be recycled.
• Beginner-Friendly Vibes: Laid-back, no-pressure, fun and creative energy perfect for kids who've never worked with clay before. These sessions are also great for kids who are looking to expand on their skills!
