Calling all pizza lovers! Chef Gabe is whipping up some seriously delicious pies and we've paired them with our favorite estate wines. Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready to have a blast. From classic favorites to daring new combinations, there's something for everyone. Our head winemaker, Aaron and VP of production, Justin, will be in attendance to share their pro tips, go-to pairings, and answer any questions you may have.Ticket Options:

1st Course: Sweet Potato Cauliflower Flatbread (goat cheese, maple butter, sage and balsamic glaze on a cauliflower crust) Paired with Barrel Aged Chardonnay and Barbera
2nd Course: NY Style Eggplant Parm (breaded eggplant, burrata, marinara sauce) Paired with 1st Degree Riesling and Bourbon Barbera
3rd Course: Lamb Roasted Stromboli (red pepper, sundried tomatoes, feta, olives, and tzatziki sauce) Paired with Sauvignon Blanc and Red Field Blend
4th Course: Chorizo Deep Dish (cotija cheese, red sauce, parmesan, and chorizo) Paired with 2nd Degree Riesling and Estate Pinot Noir
5th Course: Chocolate Pizza (dark chocolate, nuts) Paired with White Merlot and Unreported (Ruby Port)
