Join us at Givens Farm Estate for a lively evening of artisan pizza with Fiamma del Forno. Roll up your sleeves, get your hands in the flour, and learn the craft of pizza making from scratch.
Guests will be introduced to key techniques like autolyse, stretch-and-folds, and the 48-hour cold fermentation that creates beautifully structured dough. After a brief overview of the process, we’ll move into the fun part—stretching, topping, and baking pizzas together.
The evening will flow into a relaxed, communal dining experience similar to our pasta nights. Guests will enjoy a fresh salad and a handcrafted mocktail from the estate while Fiamma serves freshly baked pizzas and gelato.
