Join Us at Eataly London for a Hands-On Pizza-Making Class

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and craft authentic Italian pizza from scratch at Eataly London. In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to make handmade pizza dough and customise it with your favourite toppings, guided by our expert chefs. Along the way, you’ll pick up professional tips, master essential techniques, and discover the stories behind Italy’s most iconic dish, all broken down step-by-step to build your confidence in the kitchen.

The class:

Pizza al padellino: Learn how to make traditional handmade pizza dough and personalise it with your favourite toppings!

The evening begins with a welcome glass of Prosecco. Our expert chef will then guide you step-by-step through the recipe, cooking alongside you and answering any questions as you go.

Each participant will receive:

• A detailed digital recipe card
• A class diploma, signed by our chef

Important information:

• This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians and vegans (please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have vegan requirements)
• Due to the layout of our kitchens and operat-contamination,ions we are unable to guarantee against cross.
• This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.
• Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.
• If more than 8 guests attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!
• Additional drinks, aside from welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.

Ticket policy:

• ·Tickets are not refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, you may:

1. Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)
2. Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.

• La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
