PAWS & PRESENCE- A sound healing experience for both humans and their dog.

We’re so excited to welcome you to Paws & Presence, a unique sound healing experience designed for both humans and their beloved dogs — and even more excited to share that we’ve moved to a beautiful new location in the heart of Stoke Newington.

This calming session will take place at:
Soma Home, Studio 4, Church Street, N16 9PH

During the session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through gentle sound healing using soothing instruments and frequencies.

Benefits:

For humans, sound healing helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, support emotional balance, and create a sense of grounding and presence.

Dogs are naturally sensitive to sound and vibration, and many respond beautifully to sound healing. The gentle frequencies can help them relax, release tension, and feel more settled — particularly beneficial for dogs who are sensitive, overstimulated, or anxious.

Most importantly, this session offers a beautiful opportunity for bonding. Sharing a calm, mindful experience together can strengthen the connection between you and your dog, creating a shared sense of safety, trust, and relaxation.

• Yoga mats
• Blankets
• Pillows
• Eye masks

Simply come as you are with your furry friend.

If you wish, you’re very welcome to bring your dog’s own bed or blanket for extra comfort — this is especially recommended if your dog can feel a little anxious in new environments, as familiar scents can help them settle more easily.

• All dogs are welcome, as long as they are comfortable being around other dogs
