This is the night you have been waiting for! Join us in a celebration of pizza and prosecco and watch our Pizzaioli at work!Our pizzaioli will be stretching dough and firing pizzas all evening in our oven room, for this special pizza dinner.
Bring all of your questions and learn pizza making from the best in the business.
What To Expect:
There will be a pizza demo to kick off the night - all about Italian style pizzas. Think of this as more of a fun dinner party where our staff of pizzaioli will be demonstrating proper dough handling, stretching techniques, topping and baking while we sip bubbles and enjoy pizza, salads, and dessert!

We also have a beer and wine list if you'd like something other than prosecco

This event is 21 + OVER EVENT - please understand that we will need proof of age at the time of the event. thank you!
Please alert us of any food allergies or sensitivities at least 24 hours in advance. We can easily work around these, but no substitutions can be made the day of. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours (24 or less hours before the class), you will lose the payment for the class.
During Winter season if there is a Winter Weather Advisory in affect or there is inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel within 24 hours notice.
