Mike and Madalena's zest for adventure and deep-rooted family values have been the cornerstone of their real estate investment journey. It all started with a strategic "house hack" in Boston, a venture that set them on a path to expanding their investment horizons.

Their portfolio quickly grew from a couple of properties to a dozen in the promising Huntsville, Alabama market. Embracing a hands-on approach after moving from Boston to Dallas, they've diversified their investment strategies to include live-in flips, long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and flips managed by their own contracting team. With ambitious plans to scale their operations, they aim to expand their team, tap into private funding and utilize bridge lenders like backflip to complete 16 flips/rentals per year in 2025.

While Madalena continues to excel in her corporate role, Mike's twelve-year tenure as a Program Manager in the US Air Force has laid a strong foundation for his transition to full-time real estate investing in the near future.
