This journey is for anyone who senses they’re holding onto something that may not fully be theirs — patterns that repeat, emotions that feel too heavy, or struggles that seem to run in the family. It’s for those ready to gently let go, heal, and create a new path forward, not just for them but their future generations.

Through guided breathwork and sound, this session supports you in letting go of emotional patterns passed down through generations. It’s about healing what didn’t start with you—but can end with you. You’ll be held in a safe, supportive space as you reconnect with your own truth and create space for clarity, calm, and lasting change.
