Come join us for a fun and exciting afternoon at El Dorado East Regional Park, Sycamore Grove Race Route, on Sat, June 8, 2024 at 8:00 AM PDT. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just looking for a leisurely stroll, this event is perfect for everyone!

3K Your Way is a health awareness event to raise awareness of screening and prevention measures towards health and wellbeing for Black Men and Women. The event will feature a 3 mile walk or run and opportunities for routine health screenings including blood pressure, diabetes, mammograms and so much more.

Get ready to walk, jog, or even dance your way through the 3K course with friends and family. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air as you move your body and have a great time all while helping to raise funds for community service programs!
