Pitt SWE Outreach Movie Night

Take yourself out for a date night or enjoy some alone time!

We will watch your kids for a couple hours as they watch Hidden Figures, a movie about the team of African-American female mathematicians who served during the early years of NASA. We want young kids and our SWE members to hang out in a more casual setting and enjoy an empowering movie about women in STEM.

Feel free to have your child bring anything that makes them comfy as the movie will play in a lecture hall. Popcorn will (probably) be provided, but they are also welcome to bring their own snacks!

This event is limited to children in elementary and middle school, but feel free to reach out with questions. More details to come!
