Pissed In Cup 13

The Pissed In Cup XIII will be at Adrenaline Off-Road Park at Pikes Peak International Raceway in Fountain Colorado!!! All the Pissed In Cup chaos but this time, right off I-25 Exit 123! Additional Activities Include: a Mater Race, Hot Wheels Drag Race, Vendors, Food Trucks, and More! This event will be taking place during Peak Adrenaline Fest at PPIR and will be one of MULTIPLE heart pounding activities for your viewing pleasure.

Unfamiliar with the Pissed In Cup? Well, if full send was embodied in an event, this is it! Rally Cross style racing, side by side, jumping, rubbing, and straight hauling ass in cars that should have died long ago. It’s a battle of shitboxes in its purest form.

Driver skills range from first time racers to professional SCCA, FIA, AMA, and NHRA licensed racers! Have you ever wanted to see how good of a driver you really are? Well, now’s your chance! There’s also a 100% chance your epicness will be caught by a professional YouTuber!

Come out and experience the race that is growing and evolving into Colorado’s most popular shitbox rally! This is, without a doubt, going to be one for the history books!!!

Spectator - Per Person Tickets

• Adults 16 Years or Older - $27.95 (includes $2.95 in taxes and fees if purchased online, onsite cash price $25)
• 15 years old and under Free
• Includes all Events for Saturday at Adrenaline Off-Road Park/ PPIR.
• Passes can be purchased online or onsite by entering the park via Exit 123
• Tickets are non-refundable.

Event Schedule

• Gates open at 10 am on Saturday June 13th
• Racing Starts at 11 am
• Order of events is still to be determined.

Access to the Park will be By Exit 123 off of I-25 and you will need to follow signs for the Pissed In Cup/World of Redneck to be directed to the correct parking area.

Please note that this ticket will also allow you to access Peak Adrenaline Fest for SATURDAY ONLY.

The World of Redneck Zone at PPIR will be dirt parking with a tailgate style spectator area, so we recommend bringing your own chair. There will be vendors, a food truck, and port-a-potties in this area of the park but you are free to wander to the infield at PPIR for more amenities.

General Terms

All participating drivers must have a valid Drivers License. Each attendee must sign the PPIR Waiver upon entry to the facility.

PIT BIKES & 4WHEELERS/QUADS & OTHER VEHICLES ARE WELCOME AS GENERAL TRANSPORTATION IN GENERAL AREAS. 

NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS ARE PERMITTED AT PPIR. VIOLATORS ARE CONSIDERED TRESPASSERS AND ARE SUBJECT TO ARREST AND WEAPON FORFEITURE.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED AT PPIR. VIOLATERS ARE CONSIDERED TRESPASSERS AND ARE SUBJECT TO CONFISCATION AND REMOVAL FROM PREMISE. 

Miscellaneous Policies

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work, or participate in any way in
the EVENT(S) or being permitted to enter for any purpose any RESTRICTED AREA (defined as any area
requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or any area to which admission by
the general public is restricted or prohibited), EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, for himself, his personal
representatives, heirs, and next of kin:
1. Acknowledges, agrees and represents that he has or will immediately upon entering any of such
RESTRICTED AREAS, and will continuously thereafter, inspect the RESTRICTED AREAS which he enters,
and he further agrees and warrants that, if at any time, he is in or about RESTRICTED AREAS and he feels
anything to be unsafe, he will immediately advise the officials of such and if necessary will leave the
RESTRICTED AREAS and/or refuse to participate further in the EVENT(S).
2. HEREBY RELEASES,WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the promoters, participants,
racing associations, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, track operators, track owners,
officials, car owners, drivers, pit crews, rescue personnel, any persons in any RESTRICTED AREA,
promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the EVENT(S),
premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give
recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities
regarding the premises or EVENT(S) and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees,
all for the purposes herein referred to as "Releasees" FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his
personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY
CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING
IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY
THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
3. HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees and each of them
FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST they may incur arising out of or related to the
UNDERSIGNED INJURY OR DEATH, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR
OTHERWISE.
4. HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY
DAMAGE arising out of or related to the EVENT(S) whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or
otherwise.
5. HEREBY acknowledges that THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT(S) ARE VERY DANGEROUS and involve the
risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Each of THE UNDERSIGNED also expressly
acknowledges that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE
OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASEES.
6. HEREBY agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement
extends to all acts of negligence by the Releasees, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS, and is
intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State or Province in which the
Event(s) is/are conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance
shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
BY TYPING MY NAME IN THE BOX BELOW, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT MY TYPING MY NAME CONSITUTUES
AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE, AND THAT I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY,
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I
HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY
WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY
SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST
EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
