As determined at the Hui held 10 a.m, March 17th, 2026 in Masterton and online, a hui has been locked in for the Pirinoa land blocks for July 4th, 2026 to be hosted at Kohunui Marae with a carry over lease for the time being to not commit to any timeframes for leases.Further matters of discussion planned for the July 4th Hui include:

Change administration of the land from the Māori Trustee to back to whānau as Responsible Trustees.
Appoint whānau as Responsible Trustees.
Discuss the difference between amalgamation and aggregation and whether this is a pathway to consider and follow.
Review and amend Trust Order to reflect whānau whakaaro.
Confirm access to ALL whenua.
Meet with all Advisory Trustees prior to hui.
