Frederick, mistakenly apprenticed as a lad to a band of pirates is out of his indentures. Or is he?
What follows is a hilarious romp with many of Gilbert and Sullivan's most famous and well-loved characters and celebrated tunes, as Frederick and those around him learn about duty, courage, and true love.
A sparkling production from Albany’s newest theatre company, Tetrafide Productions, Pirates of Penzance will share the classic music and story in a contemporary setting. Performed in the beautiful Albany Town Hall, and showcasing local cast, crew, and musicians, Pirates of Penzance will be a fabulous and family-friendly musical extravaganza.
