All paces, no drop, casual group run. Everyone is welcome - from walkers to old hats. The group is a mix of newbies, walkers, experienced runners, and seasoned veterans. We work to ensure that everyone feels welcomed.
Reflective clothing and lights are required for your own safety and the safety of others.
Distance is up to you. During the winter, we run a 1-mile loop, allowing you to choose the number of laps you want to complete. Some people will run up to 5 miles, and others will do a mile or two. There's almost always someone your same speed to pair up with.
