Coach Kim will provide helpful dryland balance and technique drills to prepare us for the upcoming ski season! Free ski fit, fall appetizers, and prize drawings are included in the event!

6:00 – 6:30 PM Appetizers and ski fit: Bring your current skis for fitting and base check while enjoying some healthy fall appetizers and drinks from Endurance Adventures.
6:30 – 7:15 PM Skate ski technique tips and drills: Learn skate ski technique tips from World Cup skier and Pioneer Midwest Ski Shop owner Matt Liebsch. Matt will demonstrate skate ski techniques on the store’s roller ski treadmill! Coach Kim and Matt will provide key balance, strength, and dryland drills to help improve your skate-ski technique!
7:15 – 7:30 PM Endurance Adventures Presentation & Raffle Prizes: Kim Rudd, owner of Endurance Adventures will present a short presentation about upcoming ski adventures! Win $200 off on one of the upcoming Endurance Adventures 2024/25 Ski trips and Pioneer Midwest store prize giveaways!
