Cúrate is excited to partner with Chef Edward Lee for a pintxo party, in support of AIR’s initiatives to assist our local food and beverage community.A James Beard Award-winning chef, Lee has been a frequent presence in both print and television, including an Emmy nomination for his role in The Mind of a Chef. He is the author of multiple books, as well as the chef/owner of 610 Magnolia in Louisville, KY and the culinary director of Succotash in National Harbor, MD, and Washington D.C. Most recently, he wrote and hosted the feature documentary Fermented.
Lee is the founder of The LEE Initiative (Let’s Empower Employment), spearheading programs that promote diversity, equity, and mentorship in the hospitality industry, and addressing food insecurity through nationwide relief efforts.
