Pints with a Purpose, a fundraising evening at Wayward Lane Brewing. Family friendly activities, live music, short films, and more.
Free to attend, no tickets needed. A portion of sales from the evening with go to support the SRC. Additional donations greatly appreciated.
Join us for a lively evening supporting the Schoharie River Center (SRC)—a nonprofit dedicated to environmental education, science, media arts, cultural heritage, and traditional crafts in the Schoharie Creek and Mohawk River watersheds of Central New York.
Live music from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with Tony Hall and Big Unity Band
Film screenings showcasing a selection of short films from the Mayfly Film Festival, SRC’s traveling short‑film festival focused on environmental and stewardship themes.
Interactive booths presenting programs offered by SRC—Timber framing demonstration, water quality sampling, microscopes, and more

About the Schoharie River Center:
Founded in 1999, SRC delivers a wide range of educational programs year‑round, including the award‑winning Environmental Study Team for teens (ages 13–18) focused on water quality monitoring, ecology, and outdoor fieldwork.
Their Middleburgh Advantage Program offers after‑school enrichment (literacy, science, arts, critical thinking) for K–12 children and families.
The Center also hosts workshops in blacksmithing, timber framing, maple syrup production, media arts/filmmaking, archaeology, and various traditional crafts and residencies.
Their mission emphasizes instilling environmental stewardship, artistic creativity, and community engagement through accessible educational experiences.
