Drawing on decades working in the probation service, and later with Kids Company and anger-management programmes in secondary schools — author John Harvey explores how powerful emotions can quietly shape (and sometimes sabotage) our behaviour.
Through real stories and hard-won insight, John looks at what happens when we mistake our emotions for who we are — and how understanding them differently can change everything!
