After getting requests for years for a 'meet and greet' type event, I've finally managed to book a brilliant venue for the first ever Dave H Remembrance Art 'Paint n Pint' night!
It will be held at the Spread Eagle pub in Preston Village, North Shields on the evening of Saturday the 29th of June.
The plan is that I'll paint something, step by step, and folk can follow along and copy how I do it...or they can paint something completely different on their own if they prefer...and I'll offer any assistance that I can!
All painting equipment will be supplied on the night and everyone will be able to leave with their very own masterpiece on canvas at the end of the night.
The event will run for around 2.5 hours and a complimentary drink will be included in the £25 price. Obviously further drinks can be purchased from the bar as required.
The venue has a top notch chef and the food is excellent and reasonably priced, if anyone wants to make a full evening of it.
There's also free parking available at the pub and, being so close to the seaside towns of Tynemouth and Whitley Bay, there's loads of decent accommodation locally, if anyone wants to make a weekend of it.
