Throughout the evening, Chef Luca will present three exclusive Pinsa recipes inspired by his Italian heritage, sharing the stories, techniques, and ingredients behind each creation while showcasing why Di Marco Pinsa has become a staple of modern Italian kitchens. Guests will have the opportunity to taste each recipe, meet Chef Luca, and discover how to recreate these dishes at home using products available at Eataly.

About Luca Manfè:
Luca Manfè is an Italian chef, entrepreneur, and winner of MasterChef USA Season 4. Raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy, he developed a deep respect for traditional Italian cuisine that continues to inspire his cooking today. Luca is the founder of Luca & Sons Butcher and Sandwich Shop, the owner of Dinner with Luca Catering, and the creator of Italy with Luca, where he leads immersive culinary tours celebrating Italy's food, culture, and traditions. About Di Marco:
