Strengthen the core, tone the body, and then enjoy a glass of small-batch wine or cider! North Haven’s first micro winery, Valor Wines, will host us for our semi-annual Pinot & Pilates event. Event ticket purchase includes 45 minute pilates class and one glass of wine or hard cider.
All levels welcome! Please note this event is held at the winery, not at the studio. Please bring a yoga/pilates mat with you. Grip socks optional. Event will be held outdoors if the weather is nice, or inside the winery in the case of rain.

Early bird ticket: $30 through September 7th
Regular ticket: $35 beginning September 8th
