This month’s menu brings bold summer flavor with a Latin-inspired twist:
Cuban Flatbread – Sliced ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard aioli on toasted flatbread—a delicious take on the classic Cuban sandwich.
Black-Eyed Pea Salad – A bright, refreshing mix of black-eyed peas, green and red peppers, red onion, and cilantro, tossed in a light vinaigrette.
Tres Leches Cake – A rich sponge cake soaked in three types of milk and topped with fluffy whipped cream and strawberries—cool, creamy, and indulgent.
Each boxed lunch also includes your choice of a canned soda or bottled water.
