A Self-Care & Empowerment Experience for Women, Mothers, Caregivers and the Men Who Support Them

Pinktopia: Armor Up! is a signature annual self-care and wellness experience hosted by Tough Cookie Mammas Inc., created to remind women, mothers, caregivers, and supportive men that taking care of yourself is not selfish—it is necessary.

So often, those who spend their lives caring for others forget to pause, breathe, recharge, and pour back into themselves. Pinktopia creates a welcoming space where our community can step away from the everyday demands of life and experience encouragement, wellness, connection, self-care, inspiration, and joy.

Why Pinktopia?

We believe you cannot pour from an empty cup.

"Armor Up!" represents preparing yourself emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and relationally for life's challenges. Inspired by the concept of putting on the whole armor of God, Pinktopia encourages participants to strengthen themselves while remembering that they do not have to walk through life's journey alone.

Although Pinktopia centers women, mothers, and caregivers, men are absolutely welcome especially fathers, husbands, caregivers, community leaders, and supporters who believe in the importance of wellness and self-care.
