Wear your pinks of all shades to all the classes all week (Oct 13 thru 18) in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Check our monthly calendar for times and locations. Then join us on Saturday, October 18 at 9:30 AM at Fit Physique for a heartfelt and powerful PINKOUT SHiNE Dance Fitness class. We will honor survivors, remember those we've lost and support the fight against cancer. You will come away feeling empowered, strong, energized and ready to conquer anything.
Wear all the pink you can! This class is open to everyone - so bring a friend or two. (ages 14 +) All fitness levels are welcome.
Class is only $5 per person.
*Bring non-perishable food items to donate towards the Victory in the Valley pantry and you will be entered into a drawing for a prize.
