PINKERTON PENDLEBURY W- Baker Mellonie & Adams (BMA)

Andrew Pendlebury (The Sports, Stephen Cummings) and Steve Pinkerton (Dallas Crane, The Ronson Hangup, The Anyones,) share musical experience from the 70s, 80s and 90s through to now in new musical partnership: Pinkerton Pendlebury.
Andrew Pendlebury is best known for his work with seminal 70s/80s band The Sports and for a number of acclaimed solo records, while Steve Pinkerton has made his name here and abroad, fronting The Anyones and Ronson Hangup, while also providing powerhouse drums currently in Dallas Crane. The full band is an embarrassment of riches with further contribution from Steve Hadley (Tex Perkins), Jason Kain (The Jackson Code) and Sherry Rich (The Grapes, Grievous Angels, Girl Monstar).

They are joined by eclectic acoustic trio, Baker, Mellonie & Adams (BMA), whose second double A-side vinyl single is currently in the works and is due for release in November. The trio is drawn from George Lane favourites, The Golden Rail (Jeffrey Baker), Ten Gallon Head (Ben Mellonie) and Cold Irons Bound (Mark Adams), who each write songs and collaborate and bring a huge span of songwriting influences to their acoustic trio format. Country, indie rock, folk, Brill Building, West Coast… it’s all there.
