• 5:15 – 5:30 Explanation of Super Harvest Full Moon & the energies working in our favor

• 5:30 – 5:45 Cacao & Four Directions ceremony & setting our intentions

• 5:45 – 5:50ish Preparation for sound bath cocoons

• 5:50- 6:50 Deep emersion into Sound Bath

• 6:50 – 7:00 Burning our manifestations and releasing our intentions into the cosmos

**Sleeping pad (camping pad works best)**, blankets, eyes mask/shade, small neck pillow(airplane pillows work best), yoga mat, and water. Journal or journaling paper and pencil/pen.
