Join Adrienne and Courtney for an evening guided by the Pink Full Moon. This is the first Full Moon of Spring named after the early spring bloom of wildflowers native to eastern North America commonly known as creeping phlox or moss phlox. Full moon’s are a powerful time to reflect, release what no longer serves and to tune into nature’s cyclic medicine. We’ll move through a dreamy, all-levels lunar flow, followed by guided meditation and a soothing sound journey to support rest, reflection, and integration.
Dress cozy and warm—layers are encouraged as we move into stillness.
Doors open at 7:15pm.
