On August 4, 2020, during the midst of the pandemic, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. My life was forever changed on that day. On September 24, 2020, I underwent a left mastectomy and my journey to survivorship began.
I have learned so much from my journey, more than I thought was possible. And I am committed to raising awareness and sharing what I’ve learned with others. The 2 year and 5 year mark are big milestones for a cancer patient.
My five year mark is September 24, 2025 and we’re gonna party in PINK on September 20. God has blessed me beyond measure and I am grateful for his favor! 🙌🏽
