Pinhook Whiskey Dinner At Rebellion

Rebellion Bourbon Bar & Kitchen is partnering with Pinhook Distillery for a wonderful four course dinner and whiskey pairing.

1st course: Lamb Welly Pops with mint pea smash

Beautiful lamb chops served bone in with quince jam wrapped in a puff pastry.

Paired with a Mint Juliep featuring Pinhook Rye

2nd course: Pear and gorgonzola arugala salad with honeyed walnuts, red onion and avocado dressed in a blood orange vinaigrette.

Paired with Pinhook Rye neat.

3rd course: Pork Vindaloo served with herb couscous and a cucumber raita.

The chefs spin on an iconic spicy, tangy, aromatic dish. Served with a creamy refreshing Raita yogurt condiment.

Paired with Pinhook Cask Cask Strength Bourbon Neat.

4th Course: Upsidedown Peach Cornbread Cake served with vanilla bean icecream

Paired with Pinhook Straight Bourbon Whiskey neat.

Tickets are $75 with an additonal 20% gratuity added on the final bill.
