Registration starts from 18:30, pin collectors are welcome to come for an early meet, trade & greet, the floor is reserved only for the participants. Welcoming drink for all guests and if you wish to have dinner at the café, our menu is available to order from. Private Live music will be between 20:00-21:30 exclusively for all the participants.
SATURDAY – 21/09/2024
09:00: Registration for the rest of the participant. Meet and Greet. Raffle ticket can be purchased from this time.
09:00-10:00: Complimentary Breakfast.
09:30: Event pin release in the store. Exclusive to the participants until the event ends.
10:00: Welcome speech – intro Charity Partner The Heart Pillow and the presentation by the founders.
10:15-14:00: Pinfinity Auction and continuing with Raffle tickets. Bids can be place during this time.
12:30-14:00: Lunch/Food/ Limited menu can be order during this time.
14:30: Auction ending. Group picture outside the café.
14:45-17:00: Free time for trading.
17:00: Event ends.
