PIMC Sunday Program: Peer-led (10/11/26)

Portland Insight Meditation Center (PIMC) welcomes you to our Sunday program this Sunday, October 11, which will be peer-led and is offered both in person and online via Zoom.
This session will be guided by experienced community members, offering participants the opportunity to practice meditation together and engage in reflection and discussion in a supportive Sangha environment. The program includes guided and silent meditation, community sharing, and occasional reflections on mindfulness and Insight (Vipassana) practice.
Our Sunday program is open to both newcomers and experienced practitioners, providing a chance to connect deeply with the Sangha and cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and insight.
