Join San Francisco Outrigger Canoe Club (SFOCC) for a classic Indian Summer Day of ocean paddle racing in Half Moon Bay, CA. Known as the home of the Mavericks big wave, world record giant pumpkins and gorgeous coastal scenery, the area also offers some of the best open water paddling in Northern California. Drawing on the tradition of past races held here, we've partnered with the locals to create an exciting event at a great venue. Short and Long courses will launch from the Half Moon Bay Yacht Club (214 Princeton Avenue, Half Moon Bay) beach in Pillar Point Harbor and take paddlers offshore and back to the harbor. Don't miss the best ocean race of the year!
