About Spring Tours
Experience the history and future of contemporary glass at Pilchuck Glass School! Pilchuck’s annual Spring Tours are a unique opportunity to tour the school's historic campus, watch live glass artmaking demonstrations by renowned artists and learn about this iconic institution that has shaped, and continues to shape, glass art and design worldwide.
Pilchuck Glass School is an international center for glass art education co-founded by Dale Chihuly and philanthropists Anne Gould Hauberg and John H. Hauberg in 1971. What started as a tent on a hill has grown to a world-renowned glass art institution. Tour the serene campus, nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Range, view the state-of-the-art glass studios, take in the breathtaking views and see the award-winning architecture and historic cabins built by the school’s founding artists.
Tour options range from studio tours to longer hiking excursions to a nearby vista while learning about the school’s history. Don't miss this opportunity to experience a part of glass history and experience first-hand why Pilchuck is the place where the glass world comes together.
