Get out your best recipe and bring your favorite flavor pilau to the cook-off! Dishes must be received by 3:30 pm; judging will begin at 4:00 pm. CASH only for Entry/Tasting - $10 per entry and $5 for tasting. There will be prizes for the top 3 dishes as well as People's Choice prize!
