Pilattes at the Plaza

Join us for a Pilates class and connection hour at Little Cholla @ Culdesac!

Whether you’re a Pilates pro or a first-timer, this class is designed for all levels. We’ll start with a Pilates session led by Mia Shpirer to stretch and strengthen your body, followed by a coffee connection hour at Aruma Cafe!

We will be giving away lots of fun prizes from our sponsors, make sure to follow @pilatteswellness on Instagram to be entered into our raffle, winners will be announced at the event!
