Join us for a morning designed to strengthen your body and refresh your spirit. Pilates & Praise is a faith-based community event centered on movement, worship, and meaningful connection.

We’ll begin with a gentle yet empowering mat Pilates session led by our instructor, guiding you through a flow that encourages both physical alignment and spiritual grounding. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular, this class is open to all levels.

Following the workout, we’ll gather for a short devotional—an opportunity to pause, reflect, and fill your heart with truth and encouragement.

Then enjoy a complimentary drink from our featured vendor, Heritage Coffee—choose from delicious coffee or matcha as you mingle, connect, and build sisterhood with other women of faith. You’ll also go home with small goodies as a sweet reminder of our time together.

Come ready to move, worship, and be filled.
