​We’ll begin promptly at 6 PM with a 45-minute mat pilates class by BODYROK — a full-body workout that blends breath, strength, and flow to leave you grounded, energized, and centered.

​Then, enjoy an interactive conversation led by Off The Record founder , joined by forces of female entrepreneurship — , , and — who bring their own stories of balance, burnout, and belonging. Together, we’ll explore how to carry the intention we find on the mat into our relationships, careers, and everyday lives.
