Pilates x Sound Bath

Join us for a sunset Pilates + Sound Bath experience overlooking the ocean in Newport Beach.

We’ll start with a Spicy Pilates class led by Consuelo — expect a solid burn, good music, and that post-workout glow as the sun begins to drop.

Then we’ll ease into a Reiki-infused Sound Bath by Grace — slow, grounding, and designed to help you relax and reset.

Golden hour light, ocean air, and a seamless shift from movement into stillness.

Flow:

• 40 min Pilates (heat, strength, activation)

• 40 min Reiki Sound Bath (rest, integration, intention)

• Yoga mat
