DESCRIPTION

We're so excited to partner with Long Lean Pilates (@longleanpilates) on the second edition of Pilates with Zee.

Invest in a holistic wellness experience designed to help you unwind and leave you feeling rejuvenated for the week ahead. Strengthen both physically and mentally, release what no longer serves you via the power of the breath and mind, and connect with like-minded individuals in a beautiful, welcoming space. The perfect Sunday afternoon!

In addition to a Pilates sequence focused on somatic release, you can expect healing sound frequencies, breathwork and meditation courtesy of Abigail Hall (@withabigailhall) and wellness goodie gifting from Kroma Wellness and more (TBA).

PARKING

Long Lean Pilates is located in Downtown Miami (approx one block north of Whole Foods).

Long Lean Pilates is adjacent to a parking garage and can validate for $7 off the first hour. Whole Foods also offers complimentary parking to the public for up to 2 hours.

Address to the garage is 200 SE1st St or 225 SE 2nd depending on which entrance is used (there are two).
