Get your workout on at Armature for an outdoor challenging mat Pilates class featuring an open-ended resistance band. We’ll modify some of our all-time favorite Pilates moves by integrating the resistance band for some muscle toning, stretching, and overall fun. Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class will adapt to your level and leave you with the “good” kind of soreness and post-workout bliss. New attendees will receive a complimentary class pass for their first studio visit.

Class is held on our South Lawn, facing the Hillsborough River
This event is free, and open to the public
All skill levels welcome
Space is first come, first served (early arrival suggested)
Equipment: Please remember to bring your yoga mat, towel, and water bottle
